Rewilding, as it applies to humans, is a process of rediscovering a deeper relationship with the natural world, our senses, and ourselves. Rewilding the psyche means awakening the parts of us that thrive in harmony with nature—creativity, resilience, intuition, and playfulness. It’s about engaging more fully with life’s richness, learning from the wisdom of the wild, and integrating it into our daily lives. Rewilding ourselves supports emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
-
We takes a holistic approach to rewilding, combining nature-based wellness with arts, sensory awareness, and mind-body practices. Our programs nurture resilience, spark creativity, and support connection to nature.
We also offer ecotherapy education, providing tools to support well-being even in urban settings or with limited outdoor access. Ecotherapy fosters a love for nature and promote senvironmental stewardship,

Ecotherapy, also known as nature therapy or green therapy, is the applied practice of the emergent field of ecopsychology.
EcoTherapy is based on the idea that humans are deeply connected to and impacted by the natural environment. It stems from the belief that people are part of the web of life, and our psyches are not isolated from our surroundings. Informed by systems theory, EcoTherapy provides individuals with an opportunity to explore and heal their relationship with nature—an aspect often overlooked in traditional psychotherapy.
A growing body of research highlights the positive benefits of reconnecting with nature, including reduced stress, enhanced emotional well-being, and improved overall health.
-
Mind-body practices are about bringing harmony to your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. These include meditation, mindfulness, yoga, tai chi, qigong, and relaxation techniques like deep breathing, guided imagery, and progressive muscle relaxation. They also embrace healing touch, hypnotherapy, shamanic healing, and even prayer. These practices help you reduce stress, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way, offering a path to both emotional and physical healing.

The neuroarts explore the connection between the arts, brain function, and well-being. Rooted in neuroscience, this emerging field examines how engaging in creative practices such as music, visual art, dance, and storytelling can enhance cognitive function, emotional resilience, and overall mental health.
Research highlights the powerful role the arts play in reducing stress, fostering neuroplasticity, and promoting healing by activating and rewiring the brain's neural pathways. The Neuroarts offer a unique lens for understanding the profound impact of creativity on our minds and bodies.

Our workshops feature a thoughtful mix of indoor and outdoor experiences, designed to match the type of activity and the weather. We love being outdoors as much as possible, whether it’s for discussions, lectures, or creative work, because of nature’s incredible healing benefits and inspiration. That said, some activities may be better suited for an indoor setting, and we adjust accordingly to ensure participants are comfortable and fully engaged. This flexibility allows us to create meaningful and impactful experiences in any setting.
